The focus of the Travel and Leisure Research team is three fold:
1. Customized research for the lottery and gaming industry: areas of expertise include casino and lottery tracking studies, segmentation studies, advertising creative testing, new game concept testing, customer satisfaction and loyalty research, Perception Analyzer testing, new distribution evaluation testing and virtual shopping evaluations for new product testing.
2. Customized research for the travel industry: areas of expertise include the segmentation of travel markets, market demand assessments for tourism products, product positioning, advertising evaluation and conversion studies, and marketing strategy; and
3. Travel and Tourism research for Direct Marketing Organizations; areas of expertise include Advertising and Brand awareness studies, Advertising conversion and ROI studies, Economic impact assessments, and Travel market profiling;
