According to Senior Vice-President Doug Anderson “President Obama’s approval ratings may be declining in the US, but Canadians remain fairly positive about his performance and if anything, are more likely to say their opinion has improved than worsened. Undoubtedly, Canadians are paying less attention than Americans to what the President has been doing on a day-to-day basis, but most are of the view that he’s keeping his promises. The honeymoon is not yet over north of the border.”
